RecruitingBlogs.com is social network started by Jason Davis. The community has been growing at a good clip in recent months. At 4500 members the site is set for exponential growth. The decision to add an editorial anchor each day is a strategic move designed to add value for the site’s users.

Jason Davis and I first met a couple of years ago when he was involved with Recruiting.com as one of the founders. Recruiting.com was a prototype of sorts for the community being built on RecruitingBlogs.com. Since then we have talked about collaborating on a number of projects. This one promises to be really exciting.

The daily lineup includes a mix of personalities and topics:

  • Mondays: Mendoza’s Monday Member Showcase: Dave Mendoza talks with one of our members
  • Tuesdays: Tutorial Tuesday: Teaching something, learning something
  • Wednesdays: Claudia’s Wednesday Wisdom: Claudia Faust advises on tricky situations, answers members questions
